1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how INTEREP, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles data processed through the internal QuickBooks application (“App”). The App is intended for internal business use only.

2. Data We Access

The App may access and process the following information from QuickBooks or internal systems:

  • Financial and accounting data (invoices, payments, expenses, etc.)

  • Customer and vendor contact details

  • Company-related metadata (e.g., transaction timestamps, IDs)

3. How We Use the Data

Data accessed by the App is used exclusively for internal operational purposes, such as:

  • Synchronizing or reporting accounting information

  • Automating workflows within QuickBooks

  • Generating internal analytics or dashboards

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely within our Akamai Virtual Private Server. We implement technical and administrative safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share data processed by the App with any third parties, except as required by law or for system maintenance by authorized internal IT personnel.

6. Access and Retention

Only authorized employees or contractors who need access for legitimate business reasons may use the App. Data is retained only as long as necessary for business or legal compliance purposes.
